Bonne Maman

Roots in the Lot
Bonne Maman was born in 1971 at Biars-sur-Cère, in the Lot, at the initiative of Jean Gervoson. This brand from the Andros company has its roots in a region of orchards, between Cère and Dordogne. Its chequered lid and handwritten-style label immediately evoke the jam jars from the family cupboard.
Fruit know-how
The brand claims a selection of fruit at full ripeness and slow cooking to make its jams. Its approach is inspired by home recipes, centred on fruit and sugar. This spirit continues in a range that also includes jellies and marmalades, then biscuits, pastries and desserts.
Raspberry in a jar
The raspberry jam in a 370 g illustrates this range of breakfast classics. It is prepared with 50 g of fruit for 100 g of finished product. Its recipe combines raspberries, sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice and fruit pectins as a gelling agent. A jam to enjoy on toast, without confusing it with the smooth version.
