This page explains what the SnapCrea demonstration does with your data. Data controller: PIKALI, contact@pikali.fr.
When you try the app
- To limit the number of attempts, your IP address is stored as a fingerprint (never in plain text) for 48 hours, with a technical cookie « snapcrea_demo » that expires at the same time.
- The photo, barcode and details you send, as well as everything the app creates (product page, brand page, article), are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
- To be processed, the photo and texts are sent to the artificial intelligence provider used by the demonstration (OpenAI). No other data about you is passed on to it.
- If you ask to receive your results by email, your address is used for this sending and, only if you have accepted it, so that Pikali can contact you again about SnapCrea.
What the demonstration does not do
No audience measurement, no advertising, no tracking cookie, no account creation. The shop does not send any other email.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data from contact@pikali.fr, and contact the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
