Bjorg

French and organic roots
Bjorg is a French brand born in 1988 at Saint-Genis-Laval, near Lyon. Created by a nutritionist, she set herself the goal of bringing organic food into French supermarkets. This determination to establish organic food in everyday habits remains the guiding thread of her offering, from breakfast to cooking ingredients.
Plant-based every day
The brand develops its plant-based drinks from 1992, with a soy drink. Almond, oat, rice and coconut then broaden this range. In its recipes, Bjorg makes room for wholegrain cereals and wholemeal flours. It presents organic as the foundation of its entire range and says it has removed palm oil from all its products since 2019.
From cereals to fruit
At breakfast, the range brings together in particular mueslis, oat flakes and porridges. The no added sugar muesli in 375 g combines whole oats, wheat and spelt with raisins, figs and dried apricots, with sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seeds. Its ingredients are organic. The mention « no added sugar » does not mean sugar-free: the recipe contains those naturally present in its ingredients.
